A Light Polish is designed to remove the majority of moderate to light swirls and defects in the paint. It also delivers a nice shine and adds a layer of protection from the everyday elements.
**Eligible For A Ceramic Coating** Polishing FAQsWhat is correction?
Correction is the percentage of defects (or swirls) are removed in the polishing process. The bar to the left show what percent of defects are removed in the Two-Stage Polish. What are swirls? How are they made? Swirls are what look like fine spider-web scratches. They are micro-scratches in your cars paint and can be easily removed with either a Light Polish or a Two-Stage Polish. Swirls can be made from simply rubbing against the paint when it's slightly dirty, or improper washing methods How long does it last? The protection that is applied is rated to last around 2-3 months. This protection also provides a ton of gloss. While this protection is great, I would recommend looking into a Ceramic Coating to lock in the great finish of your car's paint and for even more durable protection. A Ceramic Coating will protect your paint for years to come. |
